What is a WhatsApp session?
A session corresponds to one connected WhatsApp number. You can have multiple active sessions simultaneously — one for each number you want to manage.
Do I pay per message?
No. The FREE plan has a daily limit, the SEND ONLY plan has a configurable monthly limit up to 10,000, and the FULL plan is unlimited. No additional cost per message.
Do I need a Meta Business account?
No. Hooki uses the WhatsApp Web protocol (Baileys) — the same session as your phone. No Meta approval, no partnership required.
Can I change session mode at any time?
Yes. You can switch from FREE to SEND ONLY or FULL at any time from the panel. Some features (like the bidirectional webhook) require the FULL plan.
How much does the Agency plan cost?
The Agency plan is configurable based on the number of sessions and clients. Request a demo and the technical team will prepare a custom quote — among the most competitive on the market.
