ImprovedAI Chatbot: the message forwarded to the tutor for a help request now includes recent conversation context (up to 10 messages), not just the customer's last line — making it much easier to understand right away what they need, even when they reply with a simple "yes" to an earlier bot question.

ImprovedAI Chatbot: when the customer already writes their request in the very first message, the bot no longer sends the AI transparency notice on its own — it adds a brief nod showing it read the request, while the real reply follows right after.

ImprovedAI Chatbot: handing off to a human operator is now a last resort, not the first reaction — the bot first tries to understand and help (asking a clarifying question if needed) before forwarding the conversation.

NewAgencies and makers now get a direct alert (email and WhatsApp) when their webhooks fail to deliver, instead of only finding out through support. The alert arrives immediately for a new issue, then becomes a weekly summary if it remains unresolved, avoiding repeated unnecessary notifications. This applies only to those who configure the webhook integration (agencies and makers), not end clients.
